Blizzard personnel are collaborating to increase functioning situations and boost spend across the corporation, according to a new report.
Nearly 900 Blizzard employees in the company’s Slack channel are creating a list of demands they hope to submit for management assessment as early as this week, Bloomberg reported right after getting a draft copy of the list. It encompasses a host of requests, such as spend increases for Blizzard personnel in consumer service and high-quality assurance divisions, as nicely as additional holiday time, according to Bloomberg. The personnel are also in search of a revamped model for handling vacations.
