We just got these pics of Kim and Kanye as they returned to the ranch just after creating a pit quit at Wendy’s, and she is visibly upset, crying as she and Kanye speak it out. He appears animated and it seems the conversation is somewhat contentious. Kim has been attempting to get Kanye to agree to get health-related assistance, but so far he has been unreceptive.
