Family members of victims who died on 9/11 will be permitted to study the names of their loved ones immediately after all, at a separate Lower Manhattan ceremony marking the 19th anniversary of the terror attacks.
The Tunnel to Towers Foundation — a nonprofit made in honor of fallen 9/11 FDNY firefighter Stephen Siller — announced Thursday that it is hosting its personal in-individual reading adjacent to Ground Zero.
